“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

The fellow that had been hooking my trailer up helped me fix and ground the wiring so that I could drive off the lot safely and legally. If not for his kindness and aid, I would have not been able to get the job I needed the trailer for done.”

“The ryder in Pharr, TX, has always treated me with the best service - Emilio & Yolanda Gutierrez. The issue began with the truck not going into region, i went to a location in Austin, Tx to solve the issue. However, i waited 3-4 hours for the issue to be resolved, i proceeded my trip to Dallas, tx, and was faced with the same issue once again, roadside assistance was called, and i was told to continue driving at 55 mph with the issue at hand. I was then told by the gentleman at the location that i should not have been given those instructions as it would have caused danger to my life and others. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved the first time and i was presented issues throughout my trip.Casey at the fort Worth location was of good help, he placed me with another working vehicle.”

“Awesome service, I rented a 16 foot box truck to do a small house move. From the beginning the person helping me was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and concerns. I turned in the truck the same night even though they were closed. I followed up the next day to confirm they had processed my return which they had. Total for the rental was $80. Very reasonable price. Also if you drive less than 30 miles they will not charge you the cents per mile that you drive. Just have to bring the back the truck with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up.”

“The Tale of Two Cities A American Self Storage & U-Haul 9951 Royal Lane Dallas, TX 75231 Kenneth greeted me. He was pleasant and efficient. All my paperwork was ready. He showed me the trailer and asked that I back my truck up to the trailer. He promptly lifted the trailer tongue onto the hitch, connected the security chains, connected the electrical, and double checked that all connections were secure. Kenneth gave me instructions on how to remove the trailer from the hitch. He then asked me to get in the cab as he confirmed proper operation of all trailer lights, brake lights, emergency lights, and left/right turn signal lights. I was impressed with Kenneth, who was professional and made an outstanding impression. U-Haul Moving & Storage of Waukee 1100 E. Hickman Road Waukee, IA 50263 In Waukee (Des Moines), Iowa the exact opposite was provided. Signs instructed me to remain in my vehicle and an attendant would soon arrive. After several minutes and no attendant in sight, I went inside the building. An employee asked if I was returning a vehicle. I replied, "Yes." He said, "Just drop the keys in that box." I explained I was returning a trailer. He said, "Return to your vehicle and someone will assist you shortly. Several more minutes passed with no one in sight. I called the local office, pressed "2" for "Other questions." The phone rang and rang until ultimately transferring me to U-Haul's central office. Again, I had to listen to a menu, which provided no options to get service in Waukee. I hung up, waited a few more minutes, and disconnected the trailer myself - no assistance, no receipt, absolutely no service. As I was driving away a young boy left the building and changed his direction to come to my vehicle. Without a smile he asked, "Do you want an e-mail receipt or a printed receipt?" I requested an e-mail receipt and asked, "Do I get an apology?" He asked, "What for?" Some people report to their employer's location just to get paid. They check their brains at the door. Zombies would be better employees at U-Haul Waukee. Go to Dallas to pick up your U-Haul. Then, drive anywhere other than Waukee.”
