“Urban Value is conveniently located and has a little bit of everything you may need in an emergency. Snacks, drinks, meals and household supplies. I love that there are many local businesses represented (sold) there. If I had one bad thing to say, it’ll be that the chips have more air and less chips than a normal bag. Other than that, I love the place itself! Kelvin helped with my purchase today, he’s very helpful and polite. We even laughed about how awkwardly placed some of those barcodes were lol. I would definitely recommend this location to all!”

“My experience was great, an customer service is great, you can also get hot food, they have a deli, and you can pick up a few item's, if you can't make it to the larger convenience "Hi Ho" might just have what your looking for. The beverage's are always cold, and sometimes you may meet someone from the neighbor hood, friend/classmate/ co-worker/ or people that you remember at church. And "Hi Ho Grocery" has been around for years, an I hope that it stays that way. I shall be returning to this store soon. Thanks for your convenience store on the corner of Beckley and Saner !!!”

Burger, fries and a drink for about $12 My cousin said the chicken sandwich is really good too. Salmon Patty as well. “I come way from Cedar Hill to this location bc I saw that the ones closer to me have rude customer service. Even when the young lady is direct, to me it's not rude. She just be trying to get order in the store bc everytime they make signs on the floor for the line, they get scratched up so a lot of the times you gotta guess where you at and remember mfas will come in and act like they don't see you and cut. People just be letting em do it. That's my only complaint. Other than that, the customer service is cool. They get you in and out and not rude about it to me.”

The salsa is delicious too. I will definitely be back. I was impressed with all the different sparkling waters they had available. I bought the strawberry ginger. “Wow, how have I lived in Dallas my whole life and missed this place until today? A travesty of the sandwich variety. My brother and I pulled in by happenstance and loved it! Both of us love sandwiches above all other food and finding a simple, great tasting one is impossible. My brother had a turkey sandwich and he declared it was the best of his life! I agree it was amazing. I had the ham breakfast sandwich. Leonard was great to meet and I can't wait to be back, maybe tomorrow!”
