“If you have the great misfortune to be arriving by airplane in this terrible place ("metroplex" as they call it, a cutie-pie term to self-chacterize itself tells, you a lot about just how puffed up and pretentious is this new "world class city"). There are many annoyances you'll want to avoid once you exit the plane. Those motorized carts that carry disabled (or more likely $enabled) travelers who arrange a ride from one gate to another, could be quite a trek, can be quite intimidating as the drivers don't try to avoid the pedestrian traffic and instead simply hit the beeper to say gtfo. Hungry? don't worry there's plenty of good ole texas bbq and beer and little else in case you're looking for low-fat cuisine. But for my money the piece de resistance of all the dfw irritants is the rental car situation. I've tried them all and the one agency that routinely has the car you want, with mileage usually less than 20k and prices the cars at the same rate as the discounted grade b partners is Enterprise. Nothing more to say on this so take it or leave it.”

“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

“Awesome rental experience! Normally service is crappy and the cars smell but not here! They delivered our car to the airport and drove us back when we needed a ride! They were very personable and even had a handwritten note and water bottles in the car waiting for us. I've never had a positive car rental experience before Go Rentals. “Bryann or Bryant? at dallas love field was very nice and helpful. A little bit of a wait on both ends for the shuttle but the also solved an issue with the new car i was given not having a usb port and my phone being nearly dead. They swapped cars out for me. kinda ridiculous. I would have liked a fast pass or something so there would be no wait. But not horrible.”

“I just want to say how grateful I am for a kind receptionist/operator/angel - whatever you want to call her. After calling roadside assistance who told me I just needed a tow, then 15 towing companies who didn't answer or said they couldn't come, I - a young woman alone in a sketchy part of town - was sobbing. I called Frank's, and Cory answered and was so incredibly kind, understanding, and comforting as I was frustrated and distressed. She said she would send someone right away, less than 20 minutes. I ended up having a friend able to come and help and didn't end up needing a tow. But I cannot express how much her kindness effected and comforted me. Customer service was 10/10.
