I met her to view the unit and she was so polite. Showed us everything, and I rented the unit. Thank you Cindy for your kindness and professionalism.”
“If it weren’t for Marie, I would have completely lost my mind this morning. I had just come back from surgery and all I needed was a change of clothes. But when I opened my storage unit, it was EMPTY. I literally fainted and could barely breathe. Marie stepped in, calmed me down before I could pass out again, and didn’t stop until she got to the bottom of what happened. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Without her, I don’t know how I would have made it through this ordeal. Marie is a lifesaver, and I am forever grateful for her kindness, persistence, and care.”
“Doyan was an incredible help to our move and in and move out at this location. Helped us understand the facility and how to get in and out as it can be frustrating with all the tech advances for keypads and scanning.
In general a good location. Very secure which is big considering the area isn’t the best when it comes to security.

“The guy who works here was very nice/helpful. Only downside to this location: a very obnoxious "Karen" uses the storage unit right by the only loading/unloading entrance. Good luck if you ever have the displeasure of being confronted by her. She was very rude to my moving company men as well as her own. She will be sure to tell you all about how important she thinks she is.”

“The ryder in Pharr, TX, has always treated me with the best service - Emilio & Yolanda Gutierrez. The issue began with the truck not going into region, i went to a location in Austin, Tx to solve the issue. However, i waited 3-4 hours for the issue to be resolved, i proceeded my trip to Dallas, tx, and was faced with the same issue once again, roadside assistance was called, and i was told to continue driving at 55 mph with the issue at hand. I was then told by the gentleman at the location that i should not have been given those instructions as it would have caused danger to my life and others. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved the first time and i was presented issues throughout my trip.Casey at the fort Worth location was of good help, he placed me with another working vehicle.”

“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”
