This was my first time using Walmart automotive because my boyfriend convinced me to do so and because of the outstanding work they did from here on out I’m only using Walmart for my auto needs. “I usually go to another one of your facilities and was very unhappy the last visit ….. I swore I would go elsewhere….i had bought an oil filter from AutoZone so I could be sure where I went to next would be able to take care of me and.not have to order filter and go back …..I was driving past the location on Kitty Hawk and thought ….maybe it might be better so I stopped ….wonderful greeting….by a young woman and I got in and was politely greeted by a very nice young man he pulled me up on thee computer and we discussed what type oil change I wanted and he politely took my oil filter and immediately started to change the oil he checked my air filter and discussed pricing and it was very dirty so I trusted him and he put a new one in then he took care of filter install we then started auto and ran RPM up and he showed me the dip stick with new nice clean full oil …..I paid him and then he gave me window sticker with complete explanation….and unlike your other location he helped me to put in the new service in my onboard computer with great success and complete explanation….the other location couldn’t do it and I left very unhappy and left having to get on by utube later to get oil change light off ….i am so sorry not to be able to remember his name but he represents your company extremely well….and earned my future business at this location…..he deserves a pat on be the back and a raise ? The mechanics provided top-notch service and completed a thorough vehicle inspection. They found major issues that needed immediate attention to make my car run smoothly. Matt, Janell and Tasha always kept in touch with me through professional and courteous communication. I have lived in four states in 20 years, and this shop was able to fix everything that needed to be done from the suspension, timing belt, distributor, alternator, starter, gear box, and fuel sensors to that pesky 3rd brake light that had not worked for YEARS: They fixed my brake light, something that other auto shops didn't even want to complete. This shop goes beyond excellence in customer service. The loaner vehicle option is a lifesaver and allows me to take care of my appointments during the week, and the courtesy shuttle is efficient. “I went here because it was the closest place to get an oil change, I'm usually a Valvoline girl, but they did such a good job. I pulled in, the men that helped me were very polite and patient, he offered me the best deal, didn't try to up-sell anything or pressure me. They got me in and out of there so fast and did a whole check plus the oil change! It was only about $40 when I'll spend close to $60-80 anywhere else! The man called me by name and wished me a great day! I will be going here again. Don't be fooled by how iffy the building looks!!”

“I was unsure when my next oil change was due as the window sticker was no longer on the window. I went to Jiffy Lube to see about getting my oil changed and they were honest in telling me I still had another 1500 miles to go. They topped off my fluids and did so without charge. I appreciate their honesty and will continue to come back for my oil changes and other general maintenance.”

“I have to say that I am very satisfied with the work on my vehicle. My car was out of commission for about a month. Needed some work done with the Radiator, AC, Tune Up, Oil Change and little extra. Every other shop in NB were out a few weeks due to cars being ahead of me. 4J was just about as busy but they were able to take care of my situation in 3 days!! “Mike went above and beyond to make a terrible experience into a positive one. I got my oil changed at a different Take 5 location. Unfortunately, it was not completed correctly resulting in me running out of oil and being stranded. Luckily, I was near the Take 5 location with Mike. He drove to my location and brought oil for me to follow him back to his shop. He was able to fix the issue and get me back on the road. Highly recommended for outstanding service!”

“It is hard to beat their oil change prices!One thing to keep in mind however, is they don't offer to use a full synthetic that is also for high mileage vehicles.Their "high mileage" oil is a synthetic/conventional mix... not the optimal option for some engines.They will let you bring your own oil and filter, charging $30 for labor.”

“I am so grateful for this Auto Care Center. I have been coming to this Walmart's Auto Care for years. They always get my oil change in a timely manner. Last week, I made the wrong choice, and I opted to go to a closer Walmart instead of this one, and over there, they were unprofessional and said they were unable to help me. So I decided to come back to this Walmart on FM 78 because I knew I could count on them! And they delivered as usual!
