“I have got my tires here for as long as I can remember. Just bought new tires yesterday. Onmy way home the low pressure light came on. One tire only had 30 lbs in it. Got home and put air in it and noticed my rims were scuffed up. There were 3-4 techs working on my truck. Too many techs on one vehicle. Will still buy tires here but I’ll pay better attention. Discount tires is still my tire store.”

“I am blown away by how professionally this location is ran. I made an appointment last night and bought the tires I needed online. I show up to the location 30 min prior to my scheduled time and Jacob greeted me. As soon as I mentioned my online appointment he knew which tires I had bought and all the extra information I had put on it. The estimated wait time was 1 hour but they knocked the whole thing out in 24 minutes. Ernesto gave my keys back and explained all that was done and I was on my way. The whole process from entering the store and leaving was less than 30 min. That’s for all 4 tires being replaced and everything that goes along with that. I am extremely happy with the service and def would recommend this location. Thanks again to both Jacob and Ernesto.”

“Called them on a Tuesday morning to replace my tires and get an after market set of rims. They were able to get me in same day. Unfortunately they would've had to order the rims I wanted but the person helping me was able to find something comparable and sold it to me the same price (amazing)! Great service, waiting area could use some coffee or water. Sorry if it's there and I didn't see but it's between a Wendy's and Arby's so if you're hungry walk next door. I had to knock a star off cause when I went to drive off the TPMS was on so I had to go back inside to have it reset. Minor detail NBD. I'll be back anytime I need tires.”

“I’ve been working in the construction industry and driving F250s all over the country for over 10 years and have always been treated well at Discount Tire. No matter the state or location, these guys do a great job. The wait is kind of a thing since they’re more popular now compared to 5 years ago, but if you make an appointment ahead of time it’s easier to get in and out in less than an hour. Tires are popular regionally, so in the case that they don’t have the tire you want, I’ve never had a problem with them ordering tires. It usually takes about a week, but you can get pretty much any typical brand/style you want. The tire protection is a game changer as well. If you’re normally in rough/nontypical terrain, get the certs, they’re worth it.”

“This place saved the day! I was shopping at ACR right across the street, and when I came back to my car, I noticed my back left tire was totally flat. Filled with dread, I figured I would have to leave my truck bed full of art supplies in the lot overnight, take an uber home, and maybe tow my truck somewhere the next day?! I was SO lucky to realize that A-1 was close enough for me to slowly roll over to, right before closing time.When I got there, they were gracious, helpful, and friendly, and even stayed open a little late to patch my tire. (Actually, TWO tires - they noticed that I had picked up nails/screws in the front right as well.) It only took a few minutes and it was about $35 - a great value, and SUCH a relief compared to my worst case scenario. I am forever grateful!”
