UPDATE: I took my car to Caliber again, after my car was hit in a restaurant parking lot so I am updating this review to praise Caliber with another 5 star performance and communication by Nick. I am also writing to address the recent negative review, which appears to be completely incongruent with the numerous commendable testimonials and my personal encounters with Nick and the Caliber team. Nick consistently communicates progress through both text and calls, the receptionist demonstrates extensive tenure, attesting to her seasoned presence. Furthermore, the caliber of their work is consistently superior.
