“Joel was my hero yesterday. I’m a 20 year AT&T customer who switched everything to Soectrum. Having issues with phone activation, I took my phone into the store for help. Joel immediately took charge, completing all the activation steps within just a few minutes. The only hiccup was caused by AT&T unlocking my phone to complete the activation.After phone calls to AT&T, I reached a sympathetic support tech who is unlocked my phone. Joel coached me on what to tell AT&T. He was great. For some time I’ve been disgusted with the prices and services with AT&T.I’m glad I made the switch.
