Pete's Greenhouse is a Panhandle-based gift shop and greenhouse that has provided the feeling of home for 45 years. It is a very nice nursery with a huge selection of exceptional plants, all suited for the area and carefully tended. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. While plant prices are a little higher than at big box stores, the quality is very good. The business also specializes in unique and classy home decor, patio decor, and gifts. They have a wonderful selection, especially at Christmas, including the best selection of outdoor fountains, high quality fountains, and pots. Their cactus selection is small but reasonably priced. It is a great place with a wonderful atmosphere for gardeners and non-gardeners alike.
