“They did such an amazing job on the cups for my wedding so for my sister’s wedding I of course had them at the top of my list. However, the customer service this time fell short and I was extremely disappointed. I am currently stationed in Japan where I am fourteen hours ahead of them so meeting in person was simply not an option (and I explained that as well). I attempted to reach them via their social medias, calling and leaving a message, leaving an email address, and messaging their “text only” number listed on their website. After multiple attempts of trying to reach them, they finally responded saying they’d love to help, but after I explained that I could only coordinate over the phone they never got back to me. They do great work and like I said did amazing with my wedding, but I suppose they only help people if you can physically be there in person. I was excited to gift these to my little sister and support a local Amarillo business.*UPDATED EDIT*After my review the owner, Amy-Beth Morrison, reached out and personally apologized. Definitely the customer service I knew them to have in my past experiences. Somehow I was lost in the mix, which things happen and I understand. She said they would be reviewing the systems they have in place in regards to online/over the phone orders. Like I said in my original post, they do amazing work and I’m pleased that they do in fact prioritize their customers and want to make things right for future experiences.”

“I'm impressed. Sadly, that is something I don't get to say very often. I was working in Amarillo this week, and wasn't sure where I could buy a decent bottle of wine. Fortunately, I drove by this World Market and I knew they usually carry one of my favorite wines - Sea Glass Chardonnay. I didn't see it, so I asked a nice gentleman that was working there if he knew if they had it in stock. When it wasn't where he thought it would be, he didn't give up. He checked back stock, all the shelves, looked it up online to see it they carried it, and after an exhaustive search he found it for me! So often the easy answer is no, and they move on to something else.I was so impressed I went back today - I wanted to know who went above and beyond so I could share my story with his manager, and make sure that I thanked him. We need more people like Patrick that aren't just putting in their hours, but really want to make the world a better place. You definitely made my stay in Amarillo much more memorable - thank you for going above and beyond.”

“Loved the Den! I guess I came right before closing, even though I thought I still had a couple hours. I ran through in about 10 minutes and had a whole wishlist of unique pieces i wanted to take with me. A little pricey for "loved" furniture but she sure finds some cool things. I'll keep this place on my list for future Amarillo visits or/and when I need to find something a little different than the usual.”

“I was born and raised in Amarillo and moved to Houston 30 years ago. I have several friends still living there and my bestie took me to Pieces “just to look” in 2022. I bought a lot of unique items (including a plate they kindly shipped to me). I was back for my high school reunion August 2023 and once again my bestie took me to Pieces. I now have things I’m wrapping for Christmas gifts and plan on calling these ladies for a gift card for my bestie for this Christmas! She is now easier to buy for……she loves Pieces! So do I !!”

“Our sales lady, Kayla, was great to work with. We live just outside the metroplex area. Driving through Amarillo on vacation, we saw your Sleep-Number store and stopped in. We've been wanting a new Sleep-Number, ours is 18 years old. It saved us having to drive into Ft Worth to your store there. We are excited to have it delivered. We love Sleep-Number mattresses. We wish you still made them for motorhomes. We have put them in each motorhome we've bought. We called last month to have one put in our new motorhome, and we can no longer get one...sad.”
