They had my car since August and was very helpful and worked with me on getting my payments done for them fixing the bumper on my car due to me having finacial trouble. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. “Walts over Woodards!My experience yesterday was this… I called Woodards before lunch and got no answer. I called them from noon till about 3 and the phone was off the hook. I then called Walts and told them I needed a quote on brakes for my explorer and he gladly gave me a quote and offered to set it up within the same week. I held off and loaded my child in the car and drove down to Woodards to get their quote bc I’m a stay at home mom and needed to make sure I was getting the best price. I got there and let them know their phone has been off the hook since lunch time in case they didn’t Know… they knew and laughed and said it didn’t suprise them and gave me their quote which was less than Walts and told me they couldn’t get it to until middle of the following week… I called Walts back and add sure we got the quote right and he did…. But he said they do full service, like turning the rotors, whereas Woodards did not and I explained to him my situation and he made it happen within my budget and the very next morning. I’d much rather pay a shop that cares and does it right and has a good attitude and good customer service and cares about their customers than pay a shop like Woodards that cant even be bothered with picking up the phone and would be completely okay with me driving my child around with warped brakes bc they didn’t do a complete job.I highly recommend Walts over Woodards. The customer service is great and they are quick and efficient. I won’t take my car anywhere else now due to the experience I had yesterday.Services: Auto brake repair”

“They have always done me and my family right. Needed a tire bc I picked up a nail in the side wall they charged me 40 dollars for a used tire. Good treat mounted and balanced. Was in and out in 10 minutes or so. Friendly place. You give respect u get respect. Easy to get along with . Tried to sell me a set of brand new tires the only thing was they wasn't as wide as I wanted so I didn't buy them.”
