“These guys are the best! They work fast and understand when you're in a pinch! I needed my car so I could go out of town for work. They never got mad or were rude when I called to check on it Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I was leaving the following Monday. They told me Friday it should be ready Monday, but they couldn't promise because they had to get Nissan out to program it. Monday morning, the owner had to go to the ER. He called me from the hospital to tell me I could go pick it up. I definitely recommend these guys if you need transmission work done! I made it to my job out of town, on time, because of them!”

“My husband's and my car broke down two days after moving to Nashville and we had it towed to several different places before bringing it here. Mr. Transmission wanted to charge us double for LABOR ALONE and didn't even really know the issue, only that it wasn't an electrical issue. Jimmy Upchurch Transmission had our car for just under a week and we paid half of what we would have paid at Mr. Transmission for both parts and labor! We are so relieved and grateful! Definitely check this place out for your transmission related issues!”

They had my car since August and was very helpful and worked with me on getting my payments done for them fixing the bumper on my car due to me having finacial trouble. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. “I contacted Aaron to replace my alternator as AutoZone told me it was the problem of why my car would not start. When Aaron arrived at my home he asked who diagnosed the problem and then ran his own diagnotics. Afterwards he discovered there was not a problem with my alternator at all and there was no need to replace it. He also checked the battery completely and suggested that it may have been the issue since it was running low and that the warranty was ending next month he would suggest possibly replacing it soon. I was very impressed with his honesty and knowledge in that he did not just replace the alternator and charge for the repair (extra hours). I was only charged his diagnostic fee, which is very reasonable. I will definitely use him again if and when I need the services of a honest mechanic.”

“Let me start by saying that my decision to bring our family van to Jimmy's was based on the reviews on here. Brought the van for much needed timing belt/water pump preventative maintenance. As the day progressed, I called and asked if it would be ready for pick up to which Beau confirmed it would. When I go there at 4:05 pm I was told that it might not happen that day as they were sent the wrong belt. To the point here, Jimmy personally drove to Nashville to get the right belt which in turn put the job behind for a couple of hours. Jimmy said it could be pushing it considering the shop is supposed to close at 5:00pm. I told him I would waitas it's our only means of transportation. The mechanic stayed over and finished the job and was handed the van back around 5:45pm. Dedication to customer satisfaction at its finest was shown. Recommend and will return.”
