“I contacted Aaron to replace my alternator as AutoZone told me it was the problem of why my car would not start. When Aaron arrived at my home he asked who diagnosed the problem and then ran his own diagnotics. Afterwards he discovered there was not a problem with my alternator at all and there was no need to replace it. He also checked the battery completely and suggested that it may have been the issue since it was running low and that the warranty was ending next month he would suggest possibly replacing it soon. I was very impressed with his honesty and knowledge in that he did not just replace the alternator and charge for the repair (extra hours). I was only charged his diagnostic fee, which is very reasonable. I will definitely use him again if and when I need the services of a honest mechanic.”
