“Nice clean hotel. But overpriced like all accommodations in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Underground parking is like being on a roller coaster.Nearby activities: It's difficult to understand why 15 million people a year visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg? It's a giant carnival without the depth and character of, say, Walt Disney World.”
“Location was great. Room was spacious; we enjoyed having a kitchen area even though our fridge leaked a bit. We made a lot of use of the pool. When the light blew out, someone came to fix it immediately. Bed/pillows were moderately comfortable but overall it was a good deal for the price.”

4034 S River Rd, Pigeon Forge“My husband and I really liked this hotel. Beds are comfortable( we were in a 2 king size bed room in the second building across the river)
Noise level is very low at this location. We weren’t bothered by any street noise, or neighbor noise.
Liked the neighborhood, felt safe.
Room was very clean and comfortable. A TV on both sides is great for families with different tastes or even better if they have kids.
Yes the side with the AC unit stays a little cooler but in our case it was perfect.
Loved the balcony and rocking chairs. Great view. Great water sounds. Saw some cute groundhogs and Canadian geese outside.
Bathroom was clean. Good towels. Good water pressure. Lots of hot water. For tall people like my husband and myself, the toilet is kinda short but definitely not a deal breaker.
Keep in mind if staying in the second building that you will have to drive to get the free breakfast or it is a very long walk.
If you door dash any meals to the second building make sure to give them the “at river’s landing” address, so they know which building you’re in.
No complaints, we highly recommend this place.”
“The cabin was in a great location and was everything that was pictured on the website. The staff was very helpful and made our vacation worry free. Will definitely use their services again!Nearby activities: Located close to places of entertainment.Safety: Cabin equipped with alarm system.”

2193 Parkway, Pigeon Forge“The best ace to stay. Rooms are very clean, towels and washcloths are restocked daily. Even the shampoo, body lotion and toilet paper is also restocked daily.
The staff is just fabulous. The breakfast was tremendous and the ladies that took care of that were just fantastic, friendly smile on their face.
We will definitely stay here again if we are blessed to be able to go back there to Pigeon Forge in the heart of East Tennessee!!
We just absolutely loved this place!
Thank you to the staff you all are just great!!”

314 Henderson Chapel Rd, Pigeon Forge“Absolutely love this place. When we arrived we were scheduled to be on the 1st floor since we needed handicap bathroom. I have asthma and was unable to stay on first floor due to Clorin fumes from the inside pool. The lady at the service desk was able to change our room and still had handicap bathroom. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and always hot.
Rooms: Very spacious, extremely clean. Great beds”

Rooms: Basic room with a king bed, nothing fancy but clean.”
“First time visiting TN. In Knoxville to spend time with a large group of immediate fam to enjoy 2 fun-filled days at Dollywood.
With the exception of a couple of not so friendly faces @ the FD, the service was excellent. At check-in Broderick was accommodating and polite. The night auditor with glasses and distinct West Indian accent (name?) was courteous and professional. Housekeeping staff who were very generous about supplying things as needed. Breakfast host was friendly and hospitable.
Mainly wanting to give a shout out to Shannon "Shooky" Green (engineering/maintenance area). This for his help and exceptional hospitality. Shooky was assigned to address a battery replacement issue for thermostat. Small talk over things like TN bbq- where it's best (Nashville by far), the Smokey Mountains, etc, turns out we had a Crescent City Connection. Somewhat surprised to run into a fellow New Orleanian (he more so than me- I did not entirely grow up in the Crescent City).
Funny it was come to find out as when Shooky proceeded to caution about certain cities, such as the mean streets of Memphis and areas to surely avoid. I advised that it couldn't be any meaner, cutthroat or violent than my native NO. *Very unfortunate because NO has some of the best people you will ever want to meet & tragically the crime rate, poverty issues & all has dogged the spirit of the city*
So Shooky was a pleasure to talk to and he made sure all was well with the room.
As far as the rooms are concerned, a little disappointed. Feel like they could use a touch of upgrades.
Marble flooring would be nice but (I know) this ain't no Ritz Carlton. And perfectly caulked toilets/tubs and no rust whatsoever behind toilet (supply valve area) are always more pleasing.
Overall, pretty great stay.”
“Nothing dance but was very clean and comfortable This hotel was great perfect location indoor pool was nice room was pet friendly and very clean I would definitely stay here again”

“The rooms are very big, clean, and pretty! The rooftop pool has a jacuzzi also and a bar! If you like margaritas, get the perfect margaritas, it is worth it!
Rooms: Spacious! We got the double queen. Very nice! Had balcony over the river/creek. Fireplace in room during colder months. Large bathroom and shower. Very pleased!”
