“Although it may not be everyone's favorite it definitely is ours. No frills but had everything we needed. We had 2 cars so there was a parking issue. We had to move a couple of times. The desk clerk was very nice and apologized often. When we checked out she said she could tell we had a good time and she really appreciated our kindness throughout the parking situation. We were on a girls trip so we got a suite. 1 bed in a bedroom with a window unit air-conditioned. The main room had 2 double beds.Location was the best. We walked 1 block and were on the main strip of Gatlinburg. Our decision to return was unanimous.”

“Nadir was so friendly and helpful. I am disabled and he went out of his way to do stuff for us. We rented a scooter from him. He brought it to me and even came back to the hotel to help us with it when we accidentally messed the key up. I cannot stress enough how kind and friendly he was. He helped us with stuff other than the scooter too. Even texting one night when I got physically sick to see if there was anything he could do for us. I highly recommend going to see him. Cute store, great price on mobility scooters and the service can't be beat. We'll definitely be using him and his family's shop from now on. One of the friendliest people I've ever met.”

“Breathtaking gorgeous view. There's a nice pool and hot tub in the middle, with a scenic deck. They'll have a live band playing relaxing acoustic music. Very secluded, make sure you buy things during the day before coming back up to settle down for the night.Nearby activities: You are way up on top of a mountain. So once youstart drinking, you're pretty much settled in for the night. But it's quiet and relaxing, so you don't really want to leave anyways. You're only about 15 minutes from Gatlinburg and all the tourist stuff over there. Just the drive down the mountain takes maybe 8 minutes or so.”

“ITS CHEAP dont complain because youre paying for the price. I had AMAZING service and NO bugs. Construction did not bother me at all. You might just be a light sleeper. The stream beside the place is beautiful. Perfect place to stay for gatlinburg vacation. They even offered to change my sheets and i was only staying there for a few days. Places usually dont do that but they did ❤️Rooms: No issues with water or beds or anything. Its an older design but i love it.Nearby activities: Very convenient for anything in Gatlinburg and very close to Pidgeon Forge. Around 20 mins drive. But dont drive around evening time, traffic can get bad but still not that bad.”

“Very nice suites and inns here in Gatlinburg. The suite was very rustic with a semiprivate hot tub. Only downfalls was the parking is tight, the place is hard to find the first time and no complimentary breakfast minus a few granola bars. The staff working there went out of their way to help us. The pool is a nice touch though the indoor one did not have the waterfall working. The bathrooms are tiny though”

“The room does not match the outside. The exterior is vintage, but the room was immaculate. Everything was extremely clean, updated, with a beautiful view, excellent location and excellent price. We will stay there again in the near future.”
