“Very modern. Enjoyed the location. We took walks in our downtime to admire the main street .The gyms on the 2 levels are nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and prepared for our needs. The bathrooms were very nice. Enjoyed the fireplace during our stay. The internet signal was strong for our gadgets. Had no issues with connecting to Netflix. The price was good for our 3 night stay. The check in service was professional and welcoming. We normally stay closer to DW but this was a great change and we fell in love with downtown Sevierville. We would love to stay again.Rooms: Great roomsNearby activities: Enjoyed the D.P. statue and historical buildingsSafety: Looked and felt safe to walk at nights.Walkability: Easy walking.”

“Rooms: We were disappointed in service. We helped them with accommodating another guest who had been told they had a room with a sofa and no rooms have sofas. We had 2 beds and offered to swap. They stuck us in a storage room next to vending machines and housekeeping and did not offer us any discount for our kindness. They had a better room and refused to let us have it without up charging us. The staff was great but when she called the owner for permission, he refused. We would probably not stay again for this reason only.”

“They had two swimming pools that were not open due to health Hazards and my granddaughter was disappointed that we did not have a swimming pool.The rooms are dark and dated . They were clean. They only clean their rooms at your checkout date.But I'll never allow a nice motel.”
“Wonderful cabins. We picked this resort because I heard all good reviews from Facebook and they were all correct!!! We have been coming to this resort ever since. We love to stay in a different cabin each time. Staff is great. Location is amazing. Cabins are amazing. It's all wonderful!!!!!”
