The music is great a little mix of everything and makes me feel alive when I come to gym. The greatest part is if my headphones are dead or I forget to charge I don’t need them because the music is bumping. Don’t let the rest of the gym suffer because of one persons opinion.”
“Joining burn a year ago was one of the best decisions I ever made for myself & my kids! Burn is not your typical gym, or workout class. There is something special about this place. The trainers, the community, the encouragement, & accountability! I have come so far in a year. I came in when my youngest was just over 1 year old, & had just had 2 babies back to back. I was not myself, so out of shape, & I was so worried I would feel embarrassed or out of place. Everyone was so welcoming. The trainers were so hands on, & helpful. I went from never working out in my life, to being here 5 days a week! It’s truly the best part of my day. I have seen such an increase in my strength & stamina in a year. I’ve had such a physical and mental transformation. I’m the best version of myself. I have found such an amazing community for myself & my kids here. My kids get to watch me workout every day and they want to be just like me. When we get home, they want mom to lead workouts for them & move their bodies! I love that this is the example I’m setting for my kids. This has just become home to me! If you’re on the fence about trying, or looking for a place you might feel welcomed & encouraged, give burn a try and you won’t be disappointed.”

“Had a great drop in experience at CrossFit Music City. Coach greeted me at the door. Owner introduced himself and welcomed me, as did other members. Had a fun “team of 3” Saturday morning workout! I would highly recommend!”
“Super dope gym! ? The programming rocks - every Monday is legs, Tuesday’s is chest and back, etc and Fri/Sat are full body conditioning which gives real nice structure, but the moves and formats change up every week which keeps it fresh and fun. Coaches are friendly, super knowledgeable, and emphasize form big time. Lots of classes (as early as 530am and as late as 630pm). Parking is on premises, free, and gated which is nice for being in the city, and their music is always on point. Also, not every gym does a great job of emphasizing stretching and dynamic warmups/cool downs but every class has a 10-15min sesh baked in which is nice for keeping injuries away.This spot has been such a great part of my move to Nashville - thank you Shawn, Charlie, Stephen, Rose, and the rest of the BC team!”
“As a first timer trying kickboxing, the staff and other members were incredibly helpful and welcoming to the community. Classes are fit for all skill levels and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace. Overall 10/10 experience. Excited to go back!”
“I joined this gym almost a year ago. The coaches are excellent. Never having done Crossfit before they were all very patient and showed the moves and correct way to lift weights many times (and still do). All of the other members made me feel at home and were super welcoming. I would recommend CrossFit to anyone of any age and fitness level. Changed my life. (For the better)!!!!”
“Love this gym! I've tried several gyms similar to Seven Minutes, and Seven Minutes is by far my favorite. Everything is set up and ready to go, the programming is easy to follow and changes all the time so you never get tired running through the same exercises, and you make the workout as challenging as you want. In addition, the environment is friendly, comfortable, and non-intimidating. Great place for those on Day 1 or Day 1,000 of their gym journey.”

“I dropped in for 2 classes while in town and I loved it. When I arrived I was welcomed and given the basic rundown so I didn't have to guess where anything was. The class was well coached, the people were friendly and encouraging even for an old goat trying to stay out of the nursing home. If Nashville was home this would absolutely be my box.”

Some of my favorite parts of that gym so far is they have STEEL PLATES and every machine I can think of. Pretty much, if you looking for a gym that will make you have enough strength to point when people are saying that you are "cornbread fed", then I would recommend Iron House.”

“Where do I even start oh my goodness. Workout Anytime has been the most amazing gym for me to start my fitness journey and the first gym I’ve loved since moving across country. The staff are great, the environment is so welcoming, the equipment is up to date (and they have all kinds of it!!!), they have a plethora of wellness equipment to use during staffed hours (which has helped me recover so much better!), and they have the most amazing Assistant Manager, Ella! She has been the friendliest face at the gym every time I come in, she makes hilarious videos for social media (and makes how-to videos for workouts) and will literally help you with anything you need at the gym. There’s so many good things I could say about her and Workout Anytime Hendersonville, it’s the best gym I’ve been a member of!”

The only drawback is the heart monitor, which they sell for $139, whereas it's only $49 elsewhere. Additionally, if you purchase a monitor elsewhere, Orange Theory has a policy where their equipment is not compatible with other monitors. Despite this, the overall experience at this place is fantastic.”

The trainers are amazing - they are all so friendly and motivating and make sure you are keeping proper form.The workouts themselves are challenging (in a good way - you are here to work hard) ;) but you are always encouraged to modify if needed or rest as needed. I used to walk or bike past and hear the thunder of feet on treadmills and the beat of the music and think wow that must be hard. I cut back on biking after a crash and found walking alone wasn't getting me fit so I came on in. I love it. Familiar faces, encouragement, and best of all the style of workout keeps the high efforts in short enough blocks to make everything doable. I choose the right dumbbells for my strength. I power walk and add effort by adding incline whereas others run and add effort by adding speed. The coaches always offer alternative exercises when there's one I shouldn't do (I shouldn't twist due to a spine surgery). And we wear heart rate monitors so I get numbers to review afterward which I need to motivate myself. Everyone is friendly. I love having it a regular part of my routine.”

“Love my coaches like I love my family - because they show me that kind of support! I’ve always been the active type, but not the kind that goes to the gym. So starting daily workouts for the first time in my 30s probably should have been difficult…but the coaches at Old Hickory CrossFit have made it so easy, allowing me to save all my mental and physical energy for my workouts. The atmosphere is uniquely inviting, and the coaches are uniquely supportive. I know they must have worked hard to engender that kind of atmosphere. And because culture is shaped from the top down, their dedication and empathy is also reflected among their gym members.
