Kyle is super into helping you achieve your goals and does a great job keeping you on track and making small, easily achievable goals to feel successful along the way! Hands down the best gym I’ve been to in the last decade”

1329 6th Ave N, Nashville“Can I give Pro Vita 100 stars? Five isn’t enough. It can be really hard to find a clean gym with great equipment, let alone a space that feels comfortable, friendly, and where women are respected. I’ve been lifting for a couple years and have been in countless gyms across Florida & Nashville but nothing compares to Pro Vita. I can’t recommend it enough!A few of my fave things about Pro Vita:+ The doors auto lock before/after hours and only members can enter offering an extra level of safety+ It’s dog friendly!! So many sweet pups are happy to see you when you walk in. If you’re lucky you get a smooch+ There are locker rooms for the ladies and there are tons of items in the restrooms for ladies hygiene+ The owner is INCREDIBLY kind and has been training his entire life and has hand-picked all the gym’s equipment—there’s not a single piece of machinery missing for true weight training.+ Everyone is super friendly, no weirdos gawking at women, and the employees are super high-energy, kind, and helpful if you have q’s+ The music mix is actually good lol I still wear headphones but occasionally take them off cus I hear the beat and it hypes me up+ Lastly, I have to mention the value for your dollar. From traditional equipment to classes and training, as well as a section specifically for lifting. You can really explore your fitness journey in a myriad of ways here bc of it!”
“Curtis is the best! I have been working out with him for almost a year and since I started, knee issues that I had when I started have mostly gone away. He creates workout programs that are fun and challenging, and he is always super positive and encouraging. I have a long history of injuries and am very cautious about my workouts, and Curtis is extremely knowledgeable about how to help me both modify and rehabilitate. He also has a great team of trainers who are equally great! I've worked out with a lot of trainers, and Curtis and his team are the best!”

5402 Charlotte Ave, Nashville“CrossFit Breakthrough is everything you’d want in a CrossFit gym. I dropped in for their Saturday Throwdown Partner WOD and got a great workout. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging. They do a great job making you feel welcome and included, which is what CrossFit is all about. I wish there were more CrossFit boxes like Breakthrough. Give this place a shot if you’re considering trying out CrossFit,or in town looking for a good place to drop in.”
“Really love MADabolic! If you’re new to Nashville this gym is fantastic for being welcoming and having a strong community sense. I took 3 classes with my husband and each class other gym goers came up and started conversations with us and made us instantly feel part of the community. We really enjoyed our workout too! Very motivating and the music was ?”
“Super dope gym! ? The programming rocks - every Monday is legs, Tuesday’s is chest and back, etc and Fri/Sat are full body conditioning which gives real nice structure, but the moves and formats change up every week which keeps it fresh and fun. Coaches are friendly, super knowledgeable, and emphasize form big time. Lots of classes (as early as 530am and as late as 630pm). Parking is on premises, free, and gated which is nice for being in the city, and their music is always on point. Also, not every gym does a great job of emphasizing stretching and dynamic warmups/cool downs but every class has a 10-15min sesh baked in which is nice for keeping injuries away. This spot has been such a great part of my move to Nashville - thank you Shawn, Charlie, Stephen, Rose, and the rest of the BC team!”
“Since joining in December, the progress in muscle gain and fat loss is phenomenal. The staff is well versed in recommending exercises to improve recovery from recent knee surgery while building overall body health.”

7648 Hwy 70 S #8, Nashville“Tammy & her team have build an INCREDIBLE community in Nashville. This is what Burn Nation is all about! The trainers know how to push me farther than I think I can go while giving me all the support & cheering me on every step of the way. To go even further, their team shows up time & time again to support local businesses. I can’t say enough about this place. If you’re looking for a new fitness routine & wanting to challenge yourself like never before, take a leap of faith & sign up. Being a member is one of the best things I’ve done for myself.”
“I have been working out here for several years. Great gym with great people. The Iron Pile class coached by Coach Austin is the best class they offer. Coach Austin does a great job of designing the work outs to be challenging but also manageable regardless of your fitness level.”
“My visit to the F45 Nashville Nations Studio was a 10/10! The staff was friendly and helpful especially our coach Stefanie! We even had the pleasure of coach Tyler joining our class. His energy was very contagious. I loved it. Thank you team for letting me join your studio while on my visit to Nashville. See y’all again soon ??”
“I worked with Casey for three months and saw tremendous benefits. I lost almost 15 pounds over the course of our time together thanks to his dietary recommendations, personal training, and planned workouts at home. I would highly recommend for someone looking to jumpstart getting stronger.”

2 City Blvd, Nashville“I Just completed a 6 week challenge at D1. It was a hard but amazing 6 weeks. As someone who had been out of the habit, the workouts and exercises were definitely challenging, but the coaches and other gym goers were so gracious and helpful. Go at your own pace and listen to your body! I am now back in the habit and starting to feel strong again! Thank you everyone at D1!”

203 Reidhurst Ave, Nashville“When I moved to Nashville, I sampled all of the main gyms before deciding to stick with On The End. Here’s a critical review to see if it could be a fit for you:Pros:- Very inclusive community (which I appreciated being new to the area, and would also be nice if you’re new to the sport of CrossFit)- Awesome programming: they use PRVN, which I’ve found is very intentionally designed- Attentive coaches: the coaches demonstrated care and interest in the members, so are great at providing tips and scaling for newbies. Also helpful for tweaking more experienced athletes- Responsive: the entire team and owner are eager to answer questions and help in any way possibleCons:- Smaller space: it’s not a giant warehouse like CrossFit East Nashville, so you won’t be able to do open gym in a separate area while other classes are going on- Less experienced athlete base: this one is a pro or a con depending on what you want. No one at this gym is training to go to the CF Games, so each class is varied with people who just started CrossFit a week ago up to a few people who could be fairly competitive in a local competition. However, if you want 10 other people in the same class to push yourself against for a prescribed or advanced workout, you won’t find that competitive atmosphere hereOverall, I’d highly recommend On The End to someone interested in dipping their toes into CrossFit, new to Nashville and looking for a community, or wanting to shake up their programming!”

“I took my first kickboxing class at Hotbox and it definitely was not my last! The aesthetic and culture of the studio was fun, energetic, and welcoming. They have a great space to freshen up after a class so you are ready for your next engagement. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and informative! The instructors are knowledgable, encouraging, and supportive as well. I took a class with Meg P and highly recommend her!”

The staff is incredibly kind and supportive. The location is amazing ( love sylvan supply!) and the parking is free (scan to "pay" for free 2hour parking)”
“I'm going on my 3rd full week at this gym and I hate this place because the workouts are challenging, which causes me to get too sweaty and the coaches here are attentive to me...they're always asking me questions. My old gym, the workouts were easy and I was left alone...and that's why I never improved. Joking aside, I've lost nearly 4 lbs in the short time (3 weeks) I've been a member here. Each 49 minute visit (7 minutes x 7 stations) I burn between 500-600 calories. What makes this place great are the people (coaches). I told the coaches about my hand/wrist injury that prevents me from performing certain exercises and they work with me and are able to cater an alternative method to do the exercise. The coaches are awesome and very attentive. The best thing is that it's included in the membership, it doesn't cost you anything extra for coaching advice. This place is so much better than a traditional gym. So if you're looking for a gym that provides you a great workout and has an awesome staff, give this place a try! You won't regret it!”
“Dropped in while on a work trip and never felt like a stranger. I was welcomed by the members and the coach. Great box just a mile from downtown, free parking, very clean and well maintained environment inside and out. Give them a shot!”
