“The employees here are outstanding, they made a really boring experience quite enjoyable. My wife and I ended up at the store twice over the last week and the experience was the same both times, with different employees, good job management.Obviously it's Duluth, the quality of the clothing is great. We had to do an exchange from an online purchase, before we even got done looking at other items she had already gotten the correct size and completed the transaction. I had no clue, this is a beautiful, the time it saved!We will be back.”

“I recently needed some Doc Martens for an event and went to Journeys because they have the best selection of in-stock Docs around. I wasn't quite sure what style to get but the sales person, Kirby, took the time to hear me describe what I was looking for. She then suggested several styles and showed me what was available both in-stock and to order. I ended up ordering a style that works great. The shoes came exactly when she said they would and everything was smooth and pleasant. They have wonderfully patient and helpful sales staff, and Kirby did an especially good job of making it a great experience.”

“I have always loved Macy's, drove 30+ miles to the Cool Springs store. So frustrating to find cute tops but not full range of sizes. After 5 tries of " you can order it online" and "closest store that has it is near The Villages in FL", I gave up. Next time I will save the gas, order online and return if I have to.”

“I love this particular WHBM. I have been to several and the customer service can vary so much. Right now, this store has a great team. It is always fun to shop here as they suggest items and jewelry that I never would have tried but ends up looking great. They have helped me build a better wardrobe. Prices are pretty good too if you learn when and how items go on sale! You just have to pay attention for some months and you will catch on.”
“Nice large store with a wide selection but they didn't have the boots I wanted to view in person before purchasing online. They also had a "whole store 40% off" sale, but once inside the employee told us that on everything BUT the white and black crocs- so not everything technically.”

Candy determined the amount of in store credit for each item as well as original price. I was poorly prepared without return documents; yet Candy was very courteous. “I had the best experience at this location and truly think I was gifted an Angel with Donna in assisting me. I've never been a Pinterest wedding dreamer nor really much of an elaborate dress person. I knew I wanted tea length and affordable since it's an expense that'll be worn once. I'm practical and frugal. Donna was AMAZING. She took me, my mom and sister under her wing and took great care. She was thoughtful and mindful of what I wanted and was comfortable with as well as where to add some uptick in my look that was natural and not forced. So so glad I took the advice of a colleague when she suggested we try here. I lucked out with an off the rack piece that needs minimal alterations and was out the door with my dress for our wedding in less than 5 months.”
“Apparels quality, store location, cleanliness and staff - All good, 10/10. BUT, when you are just closing and a last minute customer appear see if you can help them, I know you can allow them shop but if they are there to collect an online pick up while you closed the shop an hour earlier than commenced time, you can favor them. All that does is makes the customer happy! Reasons that you won’t get paid for that last minute work won’t make customers happy but imagine they might have come from 20-30 miles and had to take another trip again. Hope this will be taken care off.”
“They have a wonderful staff! The lady I talked on the phone with right before Christmas was so kind and put some men's shoes on hold for me for 2 hours for me to come purchase. The item was sold out in many stores and so sweet of her to this made my Christmas for my brother to find these shoes! Not only did they have them, but they were on sale as well! They were so awesome from the phone and in person in store definitely there to help you out.”
