“The employees here are outstanding, they made a really boring experience quite enjoyable. My wife and I ended up at the store twice over the last week and the experience was the same both times, with different employees, good job management.Obviously it's Duluth, the quality of the clothing is great. We had to do an exchange from an online purchase, before we even got done looking at other items she had already gotten the correct size and completed the transaction. I had no clue, this is a beautiful, the time it saved!We will be back.”

“Delighted with the experience! we needed alteration on an Indian ladies dress for a big event and on urgent basis and Nina took care of it brilliantly! Had to go out of state next day and she altered it in few hours which included multiple alterations on the dress. She is very knowledgeable friendly and professional and suggested couple of things that actually made the dress much easy to wear. Thank you Nina for everything..you are a life saver and highly recommended for all alteration needs. “I have always loved Macy's, drove 30+ miles to the Cool Springs store. So frustrating to find cute tops but not full range of sizes. After 5 tries of " you can order it online" and "closest store that has it is near The Villages in FL", I gave up. Next time I will save the gas, order online and return if I have to.”

The dress was built for someone 5’10 and she resized multiple parts of the dress to fit me perfectly! Bottom hem, zipper, neck tie fix, and moved center line of dress up to the right place on my waist. At the wedding, I was told my dress was stunning multiple times. Unfortunately the main fitting rooms were closed and only the two small rooms up front were open. I had to wait a long time in line and the line was even longer when I got out! “I have not shopped at Forever 21 in literally FOREVER, no pun intended. But I could not help myself, while Christmas shopping I popped in because everything in the store was 40% off. I was concerned about hurting my feelings and my ego, but they got me with the window dressings. The last time I shopped in there I was A LOT younger and a lot thinner and even at a size 12 or if I'm being kind to myself, possibly a 10 (insert wink) at the time, I could not fit the clothes in the store. Everything was small-sized and ranged from 0-8 (8 if you're lucky). But looking at the dresses and the mannequins I was optimistically intrigued. I found four dresses right away that I just had to have. I requested XL and even got one in a large. I decided to spare myself any humiliation by trying them on in the store. I'm very good at eyeballing a fit for me based on fabric and design so, I was not concerned as to whether they would fit. I checked out and because of the 40% sale, I paid $82 and change out the door for four dresses. I waited before bed to try all four on, after a LONG day of Christmas shopping. All four fit perfectly. I was amazed at the quality. I'm somewhat of a quality snob and haven't conformed to sites like Shein and Fashion Nova, no offense if those are your spots, to each their own, I just know with the right sale I can get great quality at major retailers for the same prices that will last infinitely longer. I digress, these dresses were well-stitched, and the fabric was heavy and thick. I was just so thrilled and happy that after not stepping foot in a store for over a decade I am now a fan and have placed a huge online order praying for the same quality and experience! I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a first date, date night, night out, club look, or a just because, "I'm bringing sexy back," night or day out!”

“My husband and I were just in Nolensville to visit our daughter and family for a week, along with my other daughter from Arizona, so while there we visited this darling shop twice and got some really cute items! They have a large selection with great prices! The owner was in the hospital while we were there so her husband and sister-in-law were caring for the shop when we visited and they were both so friendly and helpful! And fortunately the owner was on the mend and headed home from the hospital before we left town; we hope she has a complete recovery!”
