“Super dope gym! ? The programming rocks - every Monday is legs, Tuesday’s is chest and back, etc and Fri/Sat are full body conditioning which gives real nice structure, but the moves and formats change up every week which keeps it fresh and fun. Coaches are friendly, super knowledgeable, and emphasize form big time. Lots of classes (as early as 530am and as late as 630pm). Parking is on premises, free, and gated which is nice for being in the city, and their music is always on point. Also, not every gym does a great job of emphasizing stretching and dynamic warmups/cool downs but every class has a 10-15min sesh baked in which is nice for keeping injuries away.This spot has been such a great part of my move to Nashville - thank you Shawn, Charlie, Stephen, Rose, and the rest of the BC team!”

“Love this gym! I've tried several gyms similar to Seven Minutes, and Seven Minutes is by far my favorite. Everything is set up and ready to go, the programming is easy to follow and changes all the time so you never get tired running through the same exercises, and you make the workout as challenging as you want. In addition, the environment is friendly, comfortable, and non-intimidating. Great place for those on Day 1 or Day 1,000 of their gym journey.”

“Iron Tribe Belle Meade adapted my work out so well when I had sprained my ankle and fractured it while out walking . The modified exercises helped me stay fit and my ankle stayed stable in the brace . So helpful to my rehabilitation . “truly a wonderful gym and community. i am moving and am really sad about having to leave because this gym and the coaches here (specifically Tyler) have helped me get back into fitness journey and pushed me to continuously challenge myself. “I've been working out at Row House since 2021, so it is probably time to write a review! I have taken classes with most of the coaches there, and I have a great experience every time. They are energetic and funny and have the best playlists ready for the class, which sometimes makes me forget that I am in an intense booty-kicking workout.I love the community that Row House has built up by not only supporting its coaches and members but also having Row House meetups and fun events for everyone to come join together and mingle. The rowing challenges are also a pretty fun way to get everyone on board.One thing I will say is that sometimes I go maybe a little toooo long between classes, and when that happens I can guarantee that Lindsay will reach out to me to see how I am doing. It's nice to see that level of dedication from a coach and urges me to get myself back into some classes!”

“I was reluctant to join OTF at first because I'm not much of a gym person, but since joining I can honestly say it has changed my life for the better. I have seen great results as well and find myself really looking forward to my classes. This studio is not only the best workout, but it has the best instructors I've ever taken classes with, especially Linda and Tori. They are incredible and are so welcoming and friendly. The studio staff are very helpful and friendly as well and they keep the place very clean and inviting. I really can't recommend this studio enough.”

“I have never been big into fitness. I have acknowledged its health benefits, but over the last decade or so, after trying Couch to 5K, Classes at the YMCA, and countless other activities, nothing ever stuck. Like many others, the pandemic led weight gain and decreased movement to the point where it was difficult to carry laundry up stairs.

Per the recommendation or a orthopedist (crazy, right?), I tried out CrossFit and joined CFWN. I have gone from struggling to do laundry and get out of bed at 7am, to religiously waking up at 5:30am with energy and excitement to workout at CFWN. Two factors for these feelings:

1) The coaches are genuinely passionate and caring about your fitness journey and do everything to motivate you.

2) The coaches and members have created a community that is supportive and loving. I never feel like I am not doing good enough because someone is cheering me on.

“Highly recommended!
I used to walk or bike past and hear the thunder of feet on treadmills and the beat of the music and think wow that must be hard. I cut back on biking after a crash and found walking alone wasn't getting me fit so I came on in. I love it. Familiar faces, encouragement, and best of all the style of workout keeps the high efforts in short enough blocks to make everything doable. I choose the right dumbbells for my strength. I power walk and add effort by adding incline whereas others run and add effort by adding speed. The coaches always offer alternative exercises when there's one I shouldn't do (I shouldn't twist due to a spine surgery). And we wear heart rate monitors so I get numbers to review afterward which I need to motivate myself. Everyone is friendly. I love having it a regular part of my routine.”
