“I continue to be pleased with the service at Discount Tire. I have visited this location multiple times for flat repairs, but this is the first time I've actually purchased a set of tires. I found the website to be easy to navigate, the order and scheduling process equally simple and easy. Upon arrival I was greeted in a friendly manner, and to my surprise, "you must be Mr. Smith. We've been expecting you..." Both the gentleman who checked me in and the gentleman who changed my tires were friendly, explained to me the process, and got me in and out of there in less than an hour. ***I have to note that following my appointment I did receive a request to complete a survey with one simple question: "did you see the sign out front with your name on it?" While I answered that I didn't, honestly I wasn't even really looking for it so I couldn't tell you whether it was there or not."Service is what you do for someone. Hospitality is how you make them feel." The folks at Discount Tire have definitely made me feel welcome and I will certainly return for my tire needs. Highly recommend!”

“this was my first time going here and would definitely go back if i need.i went for an tire pressure check after the snow storm and found out that i had a small leak in a tire. josé immediately greeted me at the door, inspected the tire, got my information, and took the car back to repair it. he originally quoted me an hour to an hour and a half, but it only took 30 maybe 40 minutes, which is amazing! they repaired the tire for free and i was more than surprised in a good way.as a woman, i have anxiety over being scammed in places like this but my experience here was a 10/10.”
