“this was my first time going here and would definitely go back if i need.i went for an tire pressure check after the snow storm and found out that i had a small leak in a tire. josé immediately greeted me at the door, inspected the tire, got my information, and took the car back to repair it. he originally quoted me an hour to an hour and a half, but it only took 30 maybe 40 minutes, which is amazing! they repaired the tire for free and i was more than surprised in a good way.as a woman, i have anxiety over being scammed in places like this but my experience here was a 10/10.”

“Made an appointment online. Arrived a bit early and were greeted and seated quickly. Getting all 4 new tires mounted and balanced took less than an hour. I kept one tire for a home project and the disposal fee for that one was waived. They even installed my modded tire valves. Overall I am satisfied with Discount Tire's service. If ever I need warranty work or more services from them, I will update this review.”

“Really classy folks. We went to them for help with a bent rim and left it with them for repair. After reviewing it carefully they called and were honest enough to tell us they were concerned the damage was too great to be fixed reliably, giving us the chance to make an informed decision about replacing it. They saved us time, money, and trouble. We'll definitely go to them the next time we need help.Edit, months later: Thanks to our city's potholes it wasn't long before another of our wheel rims was damaged. “I had a great experience. I had a flat tire and they were able to change it same day within 20 minutes and it was about half the cost of what I would’ve paid at a chain. “THE BEST PLACE AROUND! The guys that are here are amazing, so friendly, very informative! I had issues with the dealership who was supposed to have done my alignment and balance after reinstalling my TPMS onto my wheels I got 2 days prior from here along with an oil change and other things that added up to $526 at the dealership.Dealership didn't do my alignment or balance, another place i took it to before contacting rimtyme since the dealership i went to originally closed, tried to tell me that my wheels were warped.Contacted RimTyme and got my car up to them that same evening and had them look. That's when Theron shown me my original wheel weights he put on was still on and none were lost, and that the machine was showing it that my wheels were out of balance.Theron rebalanced my wheels and made sure they were perfect before I left. Also MY WHEELS WERE NOT WARPED OR ANYTHING.I contacted the dealership the next business day, disclosed with them everything. They further investigated that the mechanic did in fact not do my balance, alignment, oil change or my VSA modulator replacement, only installed my sensors and did my replacement key.RimTyme-MADISON location will be the only place I ever do any business with regarding wheels and tires! “After gateway gave us a run around and being charged twice in the same day for an alignment that didn't fix the issue, and tried to say truck needed $1800 worth of work not related to the issue. Three visits to them within less than two weeks. Finally took the truck to discount who has documentation and pictures that, not only are the two front tires two different sizes from the back tires but the back two tires are mounted backwards. Yet gateway kept saying nothing was wrong with the truck. The truck belonging to a couple in there 60s one who just had two heart surgeries and couldn't ride in the truck due to the wobble so bad. Discount resolved the issue for 250 dollars and a hour wait. Thank you discount for putting safety and your clients first!”

“I am so appreciative of the staff here! They helped me out with 4 new tires. I have been in a financial rut. Been Door Dashing in my truck, trying to make ends meet. My credit score has been suffering, so I didn't get approved for the discount tire card. I wasn't quite sure what i was going to do. Steve was the employee helping me, he said he couldn't let me drive off the lot with the condition my tires were in. The concern for their customers safety is above and beyond. I am forever grateful! “Was still having a problem with a tire that was repaired by a competitor(due to emergency). Thought it was a poor job done, but it turned out it was the tpm it could've been a coincidence, but I wasn't pleased with the other place they said car was done but really wasn't dirt/black smudges on my sunvisirs, and the repaired tire didn't even have 30psi in it. These guys took care of the problem and didn't even charge me. I will be going there from now on.
