“They are life savers! I was headed from Chattanooga to Knoxville and my tire suddenly shredded. I was stuck on the side of the interstate with a shredded tire. I called around the several local tire places in Lenoir City with no hope and finally called them. They talked me through looking for my tire size where other places just said “if you don’t know the size we can’t help you.”I was able to go to their business with confidence they could help me out. I asked them to look at all my tires to make sure they weren’t at risk of shredding like the other one.The owner walked out and inspected them. He said they all looked good but if it were him, he’d replace the shredded tire and another so there are a pair of new and a pair of old but in good shape.I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, which feels rare when it comes to anything auto related.They were able to get me in and out within an hour with an amazing price for the tires.I might come here to replace tires just because it’s the best customer service I’ve ever had an auto place!”

“I took my vehicle to George (Georgiy?) to get my car serviced for a vanos motor issue I had been having. My car is a high performance BMW and has a number of MODs. I have brought my car to many shops in the area and was never able to fully have my problems fixed. So I was very skeptical at first bringing my vehicle to Euromot.However, I am absolutely astonished with the service I received from EUROMOT. George was able to diagnose every single issue with my vehicle, and not only fix it, but my car seems to be running the best it ever has. I am truly amazed. I had an engine light on for an issue I was never able to fix for 2 years due to a mod I had, and he was able to correct the issue. 5 shops before him couldn't even do this.My vehicle is running as it should, very fast, and adapted to my driving standard.I will be going to EUROMOT for ALL future repairs and service. “I experienced sidewall damage yesterday and was forced to stop on an incline at a local gas station near my workplace. I was going back and forth between my car and Walmart in an attempt to get a new tire which was exhausting mentally. But then I discovered that due to the incline, I wasn't able to get my jack up under my car properly. It was an exhausting and terrible day. Phillip was kind enough to stop by. Even though I didn't have a huge truck, he was giving me pointers and things to look out for if something like this happens next time, and he was done within 30 minutes after being out there for more than 8 hours. I can't thank him enough for stopping to help me. Thank you again Phillip :)”

We hated to arrive so close to closing, but it was an emergency. He was professional, kind, and patient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I truly hope his employer knows what a good employee they have in him. The employee working with him, Micah, was friendly and helpful as well. They really made an upsetting situation as good as it could be. We are forever thankful to them, and will be using them from now on because of the service provided by Lloyd.
