“Been here twice: once for a check engine light, another time for an oil change and inspection. I am moving away and I'm heartbroken I will not be able to use their services again since I felt so comfortable and reassured they would do a thorough job on my car. They're upfront about an estimate, which is thorough and detailed. I love that they'll keep samples of really bad oil for client education (not in my case ? but I saw them on the counter!). I think any VW and their associated brand owners should strongly consider this shop!”

I was also impressed with their communication skills as they took on the lead to communicate with the insurance to get the job done and paid for. I was able to make it to Christian Brothers and they went above and beyond to help me! “My X5 was having some issues and went to a few local shops to see if they could tell me what was going on. None of the shops wanted to even look at or hook up computer to see what codes were being thrown. I asked a shop on middlebrook if one problem could be a sensor that was causing a transmission fault I was getting on idrive and they said no have to replace transmission. All shops were at least two weeks out before they could even get it in. Luckily I found Marko. Marko was only 2 days out from being able to look at car. Dropped car off at 9:30 in morning and a few hours later Marko had already figured out what the issues were. It was a sensor and he was able to get sensor and other items fixed in a day. Very reasonable on price and knows his craft inside and out. I will only take my BMW to Marko. Don’t waste time or money going anywhere else.”

The only problem with Lee’s is the hey are always busy and can’t always get us in to do repairs. Our van is used for non emergency medical transportation so we our van daily and can’t wait long to get our Odyssey repaired.Fortunately the staff at aLee’s always explains what to look for in time & cost if I go to someone else. Really wonderful people with real integrity.”

“We did not know exactly what we wanted, but we knew it would be a SUV with good cargo room.We met Brett, a nice young gentleman. We told him what we were looking for. He explained the different models available. Once we decided to look at a Passport or Pilot.Brett took us to see the Passport first. He explained the three trim levels and the features of each. He demonstrated the use of many of the wide array of options. We took it out for a ride, and discussed the engine and handling. He was very knowledgeable and engaging.We then repeated the same with the Pilot.We decided we wanted the Passport or a Hyundai Santa Fe. Brett actually went to the Hyundai Dealership next door ( Same owners).and brought us a Santa Fe to examine and Drive. He did this despite the fact he does not get commission on Hyundai products.We decided to go with the Passport after comparing them side by side and Brett’s manager, Jake, sweetening the deal.We did all of the preliminary paperwork, but then had to return home. Brett was at all times accommodating and knowledgeable.Today, we finished the paperwork, and met with the Finance Manager. Brett insured that the vehicle was prepped properly. When a mat was missing, Brett apologized and immediately ordered one. We’ll pick it up Thursday.In all, I would highly recommend Rusty Wallace Honda. While the dealership looked fairly typical, it was the quality of the employees that made the dealership what it is. Shout out to Brett, Jake and Steve for a smooth and pleasant experience.”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at the Collision Center. Everyone is really nice and helpful and you feel like you are family when you walk in. They go above and beyond in everything they do. I brought my car in through an insurance claim and the final product after their repairs looked amazing. What was even more impressive is how they detailed the inside of my car!! I was shocked, it smelled so good and was the cleanest I’ve seen it in a long time. When I was leaving, someone flagged me down and let me know one of my brake lights was out (not related to the repairs I had done). I turned around and asked if they had the break light I needed and they spent time looking for the exact bulb and when they didn’t have it, they went up the street to a store to get the bulb needed to get me on my way. When I asked how much to pay them for taking care of that for me, they said it was on the house!! If you need car repairs from a collision, look no further!!”
