“Had a great experience at Service Street today:) I had gone there about 3 years ago for an oil change, and then started going somewhere closer to my house. I called yesterday to schedule an oil change...and the manager Nate remembered me! From 3 years ago! That made me really happy:) He remembered my car, (because it had been leaking oil severely at the time!) and he even reminded me that when I came in 3 years ago, I bought a 5-pack of oil changes, and I still had 4 left!!! Haha:) So, awesomely, I went in this morning and got an oil change. It took about 15 minutes and the guys were so nice:)”
“I bought a used Chevy Colorado that had an issue show up a few days after buying it that my code reader said the thermostat might be stuck in the open position. Jesse checked it out and did some research that led to just clearing the code which took care of the issues it was having. I appreciate his honesty and it saved me what I assumed was going to be an expensive repair. I’ve been taking all of my vehicles there for oil changes and repairs for a few years now.
