“I bought tires here for my daughter and when she went in the order didn’t go through. Joshua, the store manager, was helping her. He went above and beyond to try and figure out where the transaction got lost. He worked through it with my daughter and eventually after a couple days the transaction went through and everything was fine. Joshua made this process much less stressful than it was bound to be. He’s a prime example how to treat customers. He deserves a raise ?”
