Maria Pacheco and Garret have been extremely professional so helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I appreciate their great customer service skills and I can tell that they have a lot of experience doing what they do. Please give them the best of promotions if possible they definitely deserve it and they are amazing employees!

This was a really nice Metro and they actually had a really good staff! Customer service is still alive there!!

Maria was awesome! She helped me with upgrading my phone and she was very friendly and patient. She was able to answer all my questions and provided excellent assistance. We will be back soon to upgrade my wifes phone, and we hope to get her again.
