“After buying a phone that was shipped at the Lebanon W Main location I had to have my Data Transferred and old phone returned from the S Cumberland location since W Main was closed on a Tuesday. They already said they would be closed Sunday and Wednesday even though it shows them open 7 days. S Cumberland TMobile and Cory was excellent. I also signed up for Home Internet that day. Thanks to S Cumberland for making up for W Main in Lebanon TN.”

“Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile based on outstanding deals. Unfortunately I had a nightmare dealing with the so-called "experts" on their customer service line (in the Philippines) who only read scripts. They jacked up the line transfers for all 3 phones. After HOURS on the phone and no resolution we went to the Lebanon TN store. The manager Cam Weaver greeted us and was AWESOME and immediately helped us. Within about 30 minutes he had corrected and fixed EVERYTHING that the customer service experts had screwed up. Cam is great and an example of a true customer service expert.”

“First person to help us gave us a phone number because they didn't do what was asked in the store. And then walked away. Person on the phone was very helpful. Second person who helped us, she was good. Bought a new phone, transferred data, called tech support when having to transfer data from iPhone to android and then, with questions from original reason we went in, she was very helpful and called customer service (I think) and got everything transferred. ? She was great!”

“I want to thank and acknowledge the wonderful customer service provided to us today by Sheila Todd at this location she fixed a major problem for us today with no questions asked when someone tried to use our address to get service and we went without service for half of a day while things were figured out about how someone wound up getting us cut off and putting services in their name at our address and she also was able to get us our bill credit back when services were finally restored in our name this is how customer service is supposed to be done way to go Sheila!!!”
