“I went to the AT&T store yesterday, January 18. It was a very snowy day, so they were not too busy, and I was immediately help. Austin fixed a major problem that the online AT&T sales representative had caused. He had me in an out in five minutes. He knew exactly how to fix my eSIM card activation issue, and was very professional and friendly. I would drive an hour to get to this store anytime I have an issue because I had such a great experience. Thanks, Austin!”
