Thank God Tina no longer works here! Today I must say I had a very pleasant experience With Brendan and boy was he very knowledgeable aboutThe products and the phones. If you desire great customer service then definitely stop by the Schaad Road location!!

I was having trouble understanding my bill and Brendan did an amazing job at breaking it down for me. He made sure I understood exactly what was happening. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

I got a new phone last week, and it was the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had at a phone store. Brendan Holbert is awesome, and he made sure I got a good deal and the right phone and plan. The manager, Tim, was also very nice. I'll definitely keep coming to this location in the future.
