Surprising to me seeing reviews as low as they are.. most likely from the fact they have literally thousands of tenants..and they are the best u can try for the money in many situations today.Been with soard literally 7 years. As long as u pay rent on time these ppl are fine dude... like they don't bother you..

Their residences look very nice and we'll kept and the staff is super nice

I've lived here over a year.. Hasnt been bad. If there is a problem.. They quickly respond and get ya taken care of. Theyre understanding and can work with you in hard times.
