“Needed to move recently from Cookeville to mid-western Virginia. Called Freddy Duncan and Sons for an estimate. After a review of our place, we received a quote which is what we were hoping for. The movers arrived two weeks later and did an outstanding job which took most of the day.The next day, we arrived at our destination. I wasn't sure how to pay and the truck had not arrived yet. Called Freddy Duncan and Sons office, and spoke personally to Freddy. He gave me a link where I could pay for services rendered. After that was done, the movers arrived and offloaded.I am so glad we were able to get such a fine company to move us. It really removed a lot of stress for this move. “Very nice place to rent from! The people are friendly and I haven't had a problem. Climate control is very nice! The only reason I'm giving 3 out of 5 is for the pile of dog p*** that I stepped in which was in front of my unit. That should not have happened. Aside from that, everything else is great. I will upgrade to five stars as long as I don't step in any more dog p**** Shouldn't have to expect that at a place like that. I love that this place has security features like code entry gate and security cameras. Makes me feel like my stuff is much more secure than the previous place I rented - stay away from Stevens Realty Storage! Go with Northside! They have lots of space and lots of different size storage areas. Just watch out for p**** Looks like a lot of work has been done here as well. Very well-kept.”

“Friendly owners and great prices. They are usually full. I read the one comment and assume they are waiting for someone to get their things before they clear it out. I tented from them for quite a while and the saw them have to do this because of non payment. It has to go through the courts like an eviction. But if you are lucky to get in, they are wonderful. I never felt uncomfortable when other renters were there. Never anything shady.”
“Nice selection of clean units to rent at the Cookeville, Gainesboro Grade Rd location. I rented the largest they had 20x30. Very well lit yard at night. My unit (F71) did not have lighting or electricity. Excellent customer service. Nancy is awesome!! I highly recommend this company.”
