Unfortunately it was the weekend when no one works, which means I had to connect with customer service, which was a very long drawn out process. Also once I got the gate code it did not work the first few times, then I had to call customer service back, and then I finally got the correct pin.

The Cookeville office manager was very helpful. She let my brother view the unit on my behalf and stayed a little late to help get my account completely setup.The unit was clean and easy to access. We are hoping to rent another unit in the same building.
