Watching Austin grow to his current position over the years was pretty neat. Chris has been my A1 since day 1, pretty positive he was the first person I dealt with!Over the years we’ve used them quite a bit. We have 2 diesel trucks, all maintenance is done through two brothers. They ordered and installed brush guards on both our trucks. We’ve purchased rims and tires here serval times. Our sons first truck needed a lot of mechanical work done, not a problem since. I love supporting local especially when that business stands behind their products and their services. They’re hardworking and genuine people!Here’s my experience:The people who read-ended me - their insurance decided to not cover all of my paint costs. However, once my I picked up my car after it was fixed, Gilbert’s provided me with invoices and documentation showing how they tried to have them pay for it multiple times. They stated that my paint was a unique color, so of course they’re going to charge more for undertones and such. They provided me with an excellent detailing while they were at it, and I couldn’t be more appreciative.”

“We were on a girls trip to Knoxville when our car started experiencing issues, we rolled into Case auto repair at 3:30 when they close at 4:00. We explained the issues and said we understood if he couldn’t help us because he was about to close. He immediately ran diagnostics on it, found the issue and went to look for parts. After finding out he didn’t have the parts, he CALLED an auto shop near by and had parts delivered in 15 minutes. About an hour of work later, the car was repaired and the girls trip was saved. Thank you Rob for staying open, letting us ladies hang out in the shop, and running a wonderful honest business. You made this trip happen!”

“Joey went above and beyond to help us. We were three older ladies who while on vacation had engine problems. He ran diagnostics and was patient to explain the possibilities. When asked for a local mechanic that was good and trustworthy he gave us the name of two. Thank goodness the first did not answer the phone and the second was a blessing. “Tonight I noticed my right headlight was out on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Immediately wanting to get that taken care of, I went to advanced auto parts (located next to this location on Keith st), and was greeted by a guy who very clearly had no idea what he was doing. Could barely understand what he was saying; he was mumbling. he very lackadaisically looked up my car make/model/the part, proceeded to tell me it was gonna cost upwards of $700-$1000 to replace my …lightbulb? (Right). So I went to AutoZone just to get a second opinion because even though I’m a girl and clueless about cars (I’ll say it) I knew that was ridiculous. Bo @ Autozone immediately helped me and assured me that the lightbulb itself costs between $15-$100. But then he explained the pricey part can be when removing the entire front part of my car / headlight itself to access the bulb that needs to be replaced. (Still would NEVER be $700, not sure where that came from)Bo then walked out and carefully looked at my car/headlight, explained in more detail (since we were now looking at it) the whole process of removing the headlight altogether. However he told me—it IS possible to replace the light bulb yourself without doing all that; by popping the hood and going through the back of the light, but that the hole is kind of small/awkward and pretty difficult to get to, successfully unscrew it and THEN successfully put the new one in. So without hesitation, we popped open the hood and got to trying. Bo tried for a few minutes, and then I offered to help just because I had a smaller hand. They stayed there with me and helped me understand the visual of what I needed to do (considering I’m the least car person ever?) and I ended up unscrewing it! (I got very excited). Went back inside the store and bought the new bulb, and then Justice, the other gentleman working, successfully screwed it back in, and the bulb was successfully replaced! Both of them helped with this whole process, and neither of them acted inconvenienced by me especially when I was determined to unscrew it. (I’m sure they were like oh Lord there’s no way this girl is gonna unscrew it, but I could never tell they were thinking that ? for all I knew in that moment I felt like they had full confidence in me I could do it LOL)SO beyond grateful for Bo and Justice— AND they also stayed 15 minutes after closing to help complete this entire process. Couldn’t thank them enough and couldn’t recommend them enough!!!!! THANK YOU AUTOZONE!!!!!!”
