“I had my phone replaced on 10/02/23 around 5-6 o clock by Jason (I believe that was his name, he had longer hair and also some facial hair). It was an iPhone 11 screen repair, with some water damage. He is a FANTASTIC worker, as well as amazing with customer service. He had no issue with educating me on what went wrong, and how to prevent the issue in the future with my phone.
