“I've been here for vehicle tires in the past and haven't been disappointed. But this time I went to get some ATV tires mounted. Can't beat their price. Atv shops wanted 40$ per tire to mount. Rediculous. I got out of village tire all 4 tires mounted with new valve stems for 72$. Way better then 160. Great people.”

“I can not say enough good things about this repair shop. The owner was one of the nicest people I have ever met. We arrived in town from a nine hour trip and my rear brakes were in need of repair. I called the number listed and Mr. Hampton answered and immediately began to access my concerns. I dropped my vehicle off which was a short distance from our hotel. Upon arriving to the shop I was greeted by a very nice woman who I was told was Mr. Hamptons daughter. Mr. Hampton stated it would be ready by the close of business today. Watching Austin grow to his current position over the years was pretty neat. We have 2 diesel trucks, all maintenance is done through two brothers. They ordered and installed brush guards on both our trucks. We’ve purchased rims and tires here serval times. “We were on a girls trip to Knoxville when our car started experiencing issues, we rolled into Case auto repair at 3:30 when they close at 4:00. We explained the issues and said we understood if he couldn’t help us because he was about to close. He immediately ran diagnostics on it, found the issue and went to look for parts. After finding out he didn’t have the parts, he CALLED an auto shop near by and had parts delivered in 15 minutes. About an hour of work later, the car was repaired and the girls trip was saved. “Really good dude that is super nice and will do anything to help you. Super reasonable prices. I'm not sure if he has new tires but I know he does repairs and carries used tires. My steel rims where rusty inside and the tires would lose pressure or go flat because they wouldn't seal. He pulled the tires off, cleaned all the rust off with a wire wheel, sprayed them with a paint/coating so they wouldn't rust again, applied bead sealer, replaced the valve stems and mounted the tires all for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back and a lot of people I work with use him too.”

However, once my I picked up my car after it was fixed, Gilbert’s provided me with invoices and documentation showing how they tried to have them pay for it multiple times. They stated that my paint was a unique color, so of course they’re going to charge more for undertones and such.
