“I had a, dare I say, inspiring experience at this Discount Tire this morning. I was greeted at my car within moments of arriving. A second staff member then ran out to make see if he could help. I was taken in to main office, shown my treads status, and then my tire was repaired and patched within 10 minutes. What's more, the entire visit was free! While there, I observed a positive hustle and even enthusiasm by all staff I saw. I literally saw staff jogging tires to different cars to maximize the morning's work. Not only was the service top-notch, but the place reminded me of what a customer-service oriented, positive culture can feel like at a workplace. I will be returning!”
“Rhea Little's is the best for everything! Honesty is their #1 principal. Had a full brake job on my 2018 pickup with only a half day scheduling notice. I brought my wife's 2016 Subaru in the next day for a brake job and they advised only rears. I took the money I saved with them and put a new set of tires on her car. “We absolutely love the tire center at Costco at this Brentwood location! We got Costco tires for the first time this year and we had a tire that had a screw in it losing air plus it was time for a rotation. We called about 2 hours before closing and we were told no need to make a reservation to just come on by. Well we got there an hour before closing time and tbh it was really thoughtless on our part. We probably should’ve come in sooner or actually made a reservation ahead of time, we didn’t anticipate how long it would take to get this work down plus coming in so close to closing time we felt bad…but in no way did they make us feel bad. They took our keys and told us they’d call us when it was done. We took our time shopping at Costco and they ended up calling us a a wee bit past closing time. Again, when we picked up our car, not once did they make us feel
Rushed or as if we were a bother. And when we asked Chris k. the mechanic that handled our truck if we could give him a tip he simply said, just give us a kind review ❤️ we love costco and better yet, this Costco in Tennessee!!”
“Okie dokie had a problem with a battery in the heat. Which was at another location right down the street. Zack one of the new guys not only came over and tried to jump it but brought over a new battery and put it in and then we figured out that we had to give the starter a good whack as well but everything was taken care of. And got everything done before AAA came but AAA sucks these days so be wary of them too. Getting good service is so hard these days it's not even funny.”
