“I love Moody’s. It has been our “go to” place for most all things auto for years.However, my latest trip has left me flummoxed. I arrived at 2-3 minutes after 7:00 am for an oil change, tire rotation and to replace a sensor in one tire. I had no one to pick me up, so by coming right as the store opened I planned to wait. People came and went, several sheriff’s cars were serviced, but I waited over 4 hours! In fairness, I was given a discount off my bill for the wait, but no one offered an explanation. I will go back, but I won’t be staying and waiting for my vehicle.”

“We encountered our second flat tire on a two week trip. We made it on a wing and a prayer with only 7psi in the tire when we arrived. Justin greeted us and found there was a 4 inch steel rod in the tire. He told us that Dscount Tire will patch a tire for free even if it was not purchased through them. After a thorough check if the tire, there was also another small leak. We were very impressed by all the hard working employees.”
