Most hourly employees do not care about thier job, the company, the customers . They often times hurt the buisness. Her waiting on me is a sign that she cares!! “Good experience at this location. Their prices are VERY high, but I already knew that since I had ordered online. I do think the pants I ordered are good quality, though I will probably wait for a sale to order more. I ordered online and picked up in store and it was a very easy process. Cashier was friendly and I was literally in and out in less than 3 minutes.”

“This Macy's has two floors. First floor is all women's clothing and upstairs is all men's. They had a nice selection of last year's clothes really cheap. I bought this for 12$ with the original price of 59$ can't beat it”

“I was in Versona yesterday for a return. The sales associates name was Hannah. When I tell you she is an excellent employee and needs a raise I mean it! I was honestly a flake and forgot my receipt. She was able to look up everything for me and took her time. Even with other people waiting she never made me feel rushed or like I was a flake. She was very professional and even apologized for making me wait…. A wait I initiated with my poor planning. Thank you Hannah, I hope your boss sees this! Give her a raise people?”

“A difficult return at first because there was not a tag on the item I was returning. My stepdaughter claims there was not a tag on the dress when she bought it (I’m thinking she wanted an excuse to keep the little piece of cloth she called a dress). The manager was so kind to make an exception and let me return the dress, I had a receipt for it. I told her it was the only exception ever needed because my stepdaughter would not be shopping from here again. Thank you for the exception.This store has decent casual clothes and dress attire. Prices are reasonable. The customer service is good.”
