“I don't remember the names of the employees but I was in there today, Oakland TN store, about 4pm..I had an exchange I needed to make but they didn't have my size. The female employee went the extra mile for me and found the exact shoe/size at another location and is having the shoes shipped to my house! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful both employees were and what was done for me. “The store was nice. Organized, clean and neat. Surprised how small it was but it's going for a leather style so not a ton of room there but enough for a decent selection of higher priced but equal quality shoes and boots. Very friendly staff.”

“Visited during Arlington days and a nice throwback to the past. Good place to show historical and modern together in one place. The mercantile was good had nice selection. Only thing that should be addressed is the need to dust the retail shelving. Some good old fashioned elbow grease would help this gem shine brighter. Worth a visit.”
