“My son bought his girl friend the wrong size bracket for Christmas. They didn’t realize it was the wrong size until they put a Valentine’s charm on it. Since, I’ve been a customer of Pandora for many years, I told him that they would take care of it. He tried to exchange it for a slightly bigger size. He was told that he couldn’t since it was over thirty days. I’ve never had that problem before!! The Germantown location wasn’t helpful, telling him he had to pay full price for another one. Instead, he had to go to the Wolfchase location where he was helped properly with no issues. We will be shopping at Wolfchase from now on. Germantown, get it together!!! Wolfchase, keep up the good work, you are rockstars!”
