“I got lucky and called in and there was an opening. Everyone I've dealt with is friendly and very helpful. Their website is easy to navigate and they have auto pay. This is as nice a place for storage as I could ever ask for.”
“Bill is an incredibly helpful guy and very friendly. This property is exceptionally clean. They only had one climate controlled unit available in the size I wanted so I tried to reserve it in advance. I had some difficulty with the website so I called and he held it for me manually and waived the reservation fee. He also waived the 20 admin fee when I purchased a lock from them, which I needed anyway. When I encountered a problem with the self service kiosk he made a special trip in to open the office just for me.
The location is very clean and well maintained. All of the units are protected by individual alarms and the climate controlled aspect keeps my items safe from temperature and humidity. I had a very positive experience with this location and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Amazing storage company!! The property is clean, well-maintained, and is located in a safe area. I used my storage unit every week for about 2 months and I never felt like my things were unsafe. Access is until midnight which is super generous. Kim was always responsive to my questions! Easy registration online through their website. I would recommend this for your short- or long-term needs!!!”

“We just moved our RV trailer into the Sundowner storage. They keep it very clean and it appears to be secure. The neighborhood also seems very quiet and well maintained. The only thing is the pull through spots have wood plaques on the ground with the space numbers. Many of these are broken or missing altogether. Making it a little difficult to locate your spot if your moving in for the first time. The management team over the phone was very helpful through the rental process and I am sure they will take care of this issue quickly.”

There is not a privacy fence around the place, but it looks like a dealership there and with other businesses in the yard, the place always looks like someone is there.”
