Terrible customer service and terrible terrible business practices. They don't prorate rent based on when you start, they don't respond to customers, and they use an overseas call center instead of answering their own phone. Do not use them.

Everything went well...the only thing I don't like is how all over the country...everyone is over charging for these units. God could come anytime...all storage units need to stop ripping people off...your unit is fine...just too expensive....

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Location is on the edge of town, but not so far out that it takes long to get there. Plenty of space noted to hitch up.
