A couple of times I stopped by as he was leaving & he stopped & stayed to answer my concerns. I feel comfortable that my items are safe & secured. Cameras on site. “These guys are seriously amazing! They were friendly, fast, professional, and even helped my mom and I take down heavy garbage bags that we couldn't carry to the dumpster. I had to leave my apartment due to leaks in the roof and they were willing to help us on a super short notice. They showed up right on time and moved all my heavy belongings down 4 flights of stairs from my apartment on the third floor with no elevator! I am beyond impressed. They were strong AF. Highly recommend!!!”

“This has been a great place for my husband and I to have our first storage unit. We were able to set everything up online SUPER easily and get access immediately. It's only a few minutes from where we live in southwest Sioux Falls and I really wanted it to be close but also be somewhere it isn't super busy, traffic wise, to lessen the chance of getting broken into. The insurance was just removed for the entire storage facility which kind of concerns me. But we check on things every so often and we like it.”

“We just moved our RV trailer into the Sundowner storage. They keep it very clean and it appears to be secure. The neighborhood also seems very quiet and well maintained. The only thing is the pull through spots have wood plaques on the ground with the space numbers. Many of these are broken or missing altogether. Making it a little difficult to locate your spot if your moving in for the first time. The management team over the phone was very helpful through the rental process and I am sure they will take care of this issue quickly.”

Access is until midnight which is super generous. Kim was always responsive to my questions! Easy registration online through their website. “Rented a 10 by 25 unit for 6 months over winter and spring. Can't say enough about how well it all went. Rates were among the best in the city. Place was secure, they have good pest control, and for as wet and cold as this winter and spring were, there was no sweating from the floor, walls or ceiling. Everything stayed nice and dry. Good access from the interstate and Cliff Avenue. Owner was very responsive when I contacted him. Thanks for everything.”

“I was calling all over to find a storage building. All over Sioux Falls, a 5x5 was 95.00, but I couldn't find an available one. The smallest I could find was 10x20 for 125.00.I had no need of one that big, but when I talked to Clayton at Larry's, he had a 10x15 for 60.00 a month! Wow! He even threw in a lock! I would definitely recommend them, and if someone needs to store something small, like a yacht, I have ROOM!”
