“I have plantar fasciitis so I went to Fleet Feet to get some advice on products to help me. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Alex who asked what he could do for me. I explained what was going on and immediately I was shown some products that help with PF. I bought the calf and foot stretcher and the Strassburg sock. It has been a couple of days but I already feel better. I really appreciate all the help and will definitely go back. Shout out to Alex!”

“I appreciated the customer service. I tried another store for some help getting my toddlers fitted for some shoes and wasn't able to get anyone's attention much less any help soooo I collected my brood and tried them in the same shopping center.So much better!!! I was acknowledged almost immediately. I asked for assistance and was asked to give them a moment and then I was helped!! That made my day! I had my 4 year old and my 1 year old fitted and then in and out with 6 pairs of shoes in less than an hour. I consider that a win!!!”
“I purchased two jackets last Christmas and only received one. I tried to contact customer service multiple times but did not receive a response. Truly disappointing, as the jacket I did receive was adorable and I think there are so many cute clothes on the website.

After posting my review, I was finally able to connect with customer service and received the refund for the missing jacket. While it wasn’t the most convenient, I’m glad the situation was resolved and I look forward to revisiting the site!”
