“At the suggestion of Krissy (?) at customer service I called the closest store to me when the warehouse was out of a size and color I was hoping for in an exchange. Thankfully this location had it in stock! The sweetest person answered and was extremely kind and helpful and I’m the worst and can’t remember her name- but she pulled my order, got me checked out quickly and efficiently. Better yet she estimated that my order might not arrive until Wednesday with the holiday- but she got it out so quickly that they arrived a day and half after I placed my order. “A nice place to purchase athletic wear or casual wear. I was attracted to the wide variety of colors that their athletic wear was available in. I also noticed the thick fabrics that came in a variety of creative textures, I think the designs are pretty nice overall. Some of the items were a bit pricy, or maybe they are comparable to other athletic wear stores now that I think about it. I tried on a pair of the compression style athletic pants/work out pants and the material was very thin, I felt like every square inch of my body was on display, they were comfortable but the material was not what I was looking for, a female sales agent advised me that this particular fabric was new, and she guided me over to the fabric that was a bit thicker, more modest and ultimately more flattering. It was a few dollars more expensive but well worth it. The store was very neatly organized and though I had to seek out assistance, when looking for a dressing room, and when looking for another style of pants, the staff was professional and met my needs. I would return because I really liked some of the styles, colors and fabrics.”

The owner (?) saw what we were wearing and suggested that we try the FITFLOP walking shoes. Wow, great shoe. Long story short: I bought 1 pair, my wife 2 pair (black and camo) the camo shoes look great with her jeans. We are walking in them and they are great.”
“I was able to quickly find the shoes that I was looking for without the need for assistance or "checking in the back" for my size, which I really like. I wear a size 13 and it can be hard to find my size sometimes. I typically buy shoes online because of this but being able to go in a store and try shoes on and walk in them really does make a difference.The employee who rang up my purchase was very friendly and signed me up for a rewards account without me needing to do anything but verify my info on the screen. She also explained the program and how the points worked without me asking, so that was nice.Overall a very good experience and I will return here again when I am looking for shoes.”
“I ordered a dress online. I live in Key West and every shop out here has an insane markup on boutique clothing. The dress came within 4 days and was in excellent condition! Thank you for helping me find the dress I've been wanting for so long- and at such a great price!!! I def recommend this boutique for online shopping.Also understand that they do not have a return policy on sale items and only do exchanges or store credit for new items if they don't work out. “This is a don't miss store! It's so hard to find quality clothing in Charleston and I'm not sure why. Usually everything is way too overpriced for the quality you're getting but that is not the case at Beau & Ro. They have a wide variety of clothing in the cuts and styles and I just feel so amazing every time I wear something from there. You are always guaranteed a compliment when wearing one of their pieces. While the clothing is higher priced, you are paying for the quality and the uniqueness of the pieces. I honestly don't shop anywhere else in town.”

“While strolling through Charleston City Market, I happened upon this awesome stall selling a plethora of sandals, wedges and other Summer styles of shoes. Imagine my surprise, since I needed sandals for the continuation of our trip down to Myrtle Beach. What caught my eye, in addition to the awesome sandals, was the statement they are MACHINE WASHABLE! I had never heard of any shoes being machine washable except canvas tennis shoes! After trying on my size and walking around a bit in an attempt to test them out, I purchased the pair below which were VERY comfortable even with my limited testing abilities. Included with my purchase was their card/website info, this way I can order other styles from the comfort of my home, after we return from the beach and can also see if they live up to their claims! I have my eye on several other styles, fingers crossed”
