“Brought my daughter here to buy her first skateboard. We had an idea of what she wanted based on boards she's ridden in the past that her friends own, and I did a little online research. We walked in and were greeted while on our way to the back. The associate that came up to help us was very friendly. Asked what we were looking for and how she could help. She provided my daughter with a few examples to ride on in the store to get a feel for them. Within a few minutes, she knew which one she wanted and we were ready to cash out. Lots of other supplies here too. Build your own board. Clothing. Shoes. Etc. Easy access from the parking lot, which was nice becuase it was raining hard.”

My husband is preparing his outfit for a wedding and needed black dress shoes. They had the perfect pair of black, double monk strap shoes and he loved how comfortable and stylish they were. They were even on a markdown so he got a great pair of shoes at an even better price. They are definitely worth what you pay. We were helped by a wonderful employee there who was happy to give us recommendations and answer any questions we had. My husband got to walk around the store and feel out his new shoes before purchase so he was completely happy with them. “Yeah I really like the store because the last time that I was there I picked up a pair of 650s for like 30 bucks. Which is pretty amazing because they go for 130 most cases. I'll definitely be back to see what kind of deal they have. I'm sure they won't have a deal like that very often, but they do have some good shoes and they have some sizes that are hit or miss. Sometimes. I don't often get to find something that I really like so quickly, but I did that time and I jumped on it. I think my wife was a little upset that I bought another pair of shoes because I literally have about 100 pairs of shoes. It's sad. It's an addiction. I need help. Help.”
“I have had one of the best customer service today with Mary and Lisa. I had to do a return from one of their other stores. Lisa was super nice and told me that managers approval was needed. Mary took care of everything within minutes with the most pleasant attitude. She pointed out that there were similar shoes on sale, walked me to the aisle and helped me find the right size by measuring my foot. I didnt know that feet change with age. I'll be back soon!”

“This was my first visit to this store and I was impressed with the selection of sneakers/athletic shoes. I am generally a Nike girl but the variety of colors offered by Adidas definitely caught my eye, unfortunately they were only available in men's (smallest size 8) which was still too big for me. Keep in mind this store sells Men's, Women's, Juvenile and toddler shoes. They had a decent selection of women's shoes but many were out of stock unfortunately. I noticed jeans, jersey's and casual shirts available for men, the clothing had an urban edge. The sales people greeted me promptly and answered all of my questions patiently. Definitely check them out they had some really good deals.”

“I must say this was absolutely the best experience I have had shopping in a long while! From the moment I walked in the door Katie, was extremely helpful! Not only was she extremely acknowledgeable with the inventory they had, but quick! When she found they did not have what I needed, she on her own accord, checked with her other store in Summerville to see if they had what I needed. She gave us the option to have them hold the boots and pick them up or we could have it delivered to our home. We chose to go pick them up so she called back and was able to put that on hold for us. The store was clean and Chelsea and Dana were also greeting with smiles and willing to help. Absolutely hands done the best customer service I have ever had!
