However, I've been here multiple times with all of my cars. Every time, I've been treated nicely and professionally. Plus, they got free air. Dont be that guy and break the air hose. It's nice. “I recently spent about 3 hours waiting for an oil change and recall fix for a software update that took longer than normal. The service advisor was very friendly, and kept me informed of the progress. The service waiting area is pretty drab with a slight depression feel. It could definitely use some fresh paint in a brighter color and more comfortable chairs would be appreciated by all. I was surprised that Honda didn’t have or offer a shuttle service, or loaner car program, as I could have waited at home in comfort, or run the errands I needed to while waiting. Definitely bring a book or a fully charged phone for entertainment while you wait.
I gave 4 stars for the level of customer service I was given, as the extra time it took was not the advisor’s fault, but sounds more like an upload issue Honda should really look at fixing.”
“I cannot say enough about DCB. They are the best in town. They went out of their way to fix what a local dealership messed up and made sure that everything was right. Their prices are competitive and the guys who work there know exactly what they're doing. If you need tires or an alignment, especially if you have a lifted truck, do yourself a favor and give these guys a shot if you haven't!”

“Mobile Audio was recommended to me and I was instantly impressed with my communication with Raymond! He did everything as promised prior to my installation and kept my husband informed through the process! Although I was unable to meet him in person, I am very pleased with the installation of my bumper on my Jeep and very appreciative that they went beyond the norm to connect my fog lights for me that required extra work. “What can I say. They are always busy trying to meet customer and car show deadlines. I'm in awe of what they have done and can do. From his front yard tinkering, to mainstream music videos, numrous magazine inserts, and even the Cover of Truckin Magazine, these guys can do it all. When I stopped by to get a quote on rims, Eric was fast knowledgable and gave me a fair market quote. Which is hard, because I dont even know what I want. If I lived closer, I would do all of my car business with Mr. Scrape. The owner took a few minutes out of his tight schedule to check on me. If you want it done, these guys can do it !!!”

“Customer services is second to none. When the initial diagnosis and fix didn’t correct the problem the staff immediately addressed the issue and initiated the fix. They had me up and running within a day and followed up with me to insure the problem was corrected. Highly recommend.”
“They did an awesome job working my car in on Thursday. They kept me informed. Thank You. But they dropped the ball yesterday (Friday). I called several times with no answer. When I did get an answer, they were busy and was supposed to call me back. No one ever called. I was 1 hour 40 minutes away. I wanted to know when they started and around the completion time so that I could be there when it was completed so that I could get on the road and head back to my orginal destination asap(3 more hours). I did receive a text when it was completed. They need to work more on their communication skills.”
“Took my Mazda CX-5 for oil & filter change on a Monday late afternoon. Was greeted with friendly smiles as soon as I walked in and both personnel were ready to assist me. The service only took about an hour, alot faster than I expected. I waiting in the waiting room or service lounge which was clean and there was a televisión to watch. “We recently took the long drive to Jones Chevy because I had a water leak in my 2013 Chevy Silverado, and they had Water Doctor there every other week. We were greeted with a smile from Ryan O' Rourke, the service advisor, who also checked my truck in for an issue with squeaky brakes and the service park assist light. He constantly kept me informed of the status of the vehicle, while it was serviced by Greg Pittman. Greg was able to take care of the brake squeak, and the service park assist light, taking the time to explain to me why these things occurred. Ed Cromer from Water Doctor was able to fix my leak, which others could not previously. It was a long ride well spent, and I will highly consider making the trek to have my major service done here. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and got the Job done. It was a great first experience, keep up the good work!”
