Very pleasant check in process. I felt welcomed and appreciated for being a customer. The waiting area was very comfortable with available Wi-Fi. Wait time was a little over 4 hours. Had 2 recalls and tried to get 2 key fob program but couldn't get the keys cut. Everyone was really nice and kept me updated on what was going on.
